Return Period

Our policy allows a 7-day return period. If 7 days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition, including the original packaging.

Please note that certain items are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines), intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases. Additionally, the following items are non-returnable:

2. Downloadable software products

3. Some health and personal care items

A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete a return. Avoid sending your purchase back directly to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted under specific circumstances, such as:

1. Books with evident signs of use

2. Opened CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record

3. Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

4. Returns made more than 7 days after delivery

Late or Missing Refunds

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We exclusively replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us via email at support@zealtyro.com.

Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift and directly shipped to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. For other scenarios, the gift giver will be informed about the return and receive a refund.

Shipping Returns

When returning a product, mail it to the provided address. You are responsible for covering the shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

For valuable returns, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
